Alongside our daily Pilates Reformer, Tower, Chair, and GYROTONIC® classes, we host focused workshops and special events each month. Designed for curious movers, these small-group intensives dive into technique, mobility, strength, and body awareness—so you progress faster and feel the results.
Themes rotate from Back Care and Posture Clinics to Athletic Conditioning, Prenatal/Postnatal, and skills labs; we also run occasional teacher trainings and guest-educator sessions.
