Meet our founder Rima. Over the years, Rima has developed the passion to share low impact exercises with the community. She Started MyCore studio in December 2021, runs the show in the back office, and continues to develop her skills as a Pilates instructor. You will find Rima jumping around the studio, in the classes, teaching, and motivating every BODY to move. ‘Movement is medicine, a medicine we under use in our modern lifestyles.’ Let’s get moving together!
Certified Pilates instructor for Reformer, Cadillac, Mat & Men’s Physique athlete. I combine Pilates & Bodybuilding and I bring ‘Gym Results’ following my own unique approach and the Pilates principles for a long and strong body.
I love helping clients with injuries. Nobody wants to live in pain and if I can assist people live pain free, then my mission is accomplished. My group classes aim also at bringing awareness to the body, and help every client understand their own potential and sometimes limitations. I specialise in Yoga and Pilates, Neurokinetic therapy for postural assessment and have been practicing over 20 years and teaching over 10 years.
Leaving a long-standing communications and marketing career behind, Ellis pursued her passion of Pilates, as well as all things pregnancy, birth and beyond to certify and specialize in pre and postnatal Pilates and become a birth doula. In addition to Mat, you will also find Ellis creating that hot burn at the barre and taking clients to the next level on the Reformer.
Valeria designs a comprehensive yoga class by building thoughtful sequences and delivering them clearly to her students. Additionally, she always watches her students and offers adjustments, gives anatomical cues. I am a yoga teacher, yogic nails practice master and sound healer using Tibetan singing bowls with a total of 15 Years practicing and 5 years teaching.
I am a passionate, dynamic, energetic teacher who combines creative sequencing, and a spirit of playfulness in my classes, finding the perfect balance between enjoying the practice and maximising its benefits. I've been practicing Yoga since 2015, and teaching since 2019 and I teach vinyasa, beginners, active stretch & Mobility, and Sound Healing. I can help my students to become healthier, physically & mentally.
Zeina has taught Pilates for 6 years and has a background in dance and found Pilates post an injury in her left leg. Zeina is a certified STOTT PILATES instructor and Barre instructor. She teaches Mat and Reformer Pilates, Belly-Dance Fitness, Oriental Barre ™, and caters for prenatal and postnatal clients in her classes. Zeina also completed an Injuries and Special Populations certification by STOTT PILATES and was involved in the rehabilitation program for many young and adult athletes. Zeina believes that having fun during a workout is the most crucial!
I had loved exercise for many years and fell in love with rebounding the minute I stepped foot on the mini trampoline. I’ve been rebounding for the last 3 years and teaching rebounding for more than 18 months now. I’ve being certified with JumpFit Dubai and qualified as a rebounding Instructor.
