Located in Dubai Science Park, MyCore was founded in December 2021 by Rima Faour, a lifelong movement enthusiast born and raised in the UAE. Driven by a passion for accessible and mindful movement, Rima envisioned a Pilates studio where everyone—regardless of age, gender, background, or fitness level—can feel at home, supported, and empowered in their movement journey.

I have never felt stronger and more capable in my body than I have before. The environment is truly welcoming and I really feel part of the community that Rima has created. Not forgetting the excellent classes that Dina and Van lead - well thought out and expertly delivered. So happy to be a member. ******* I've just moved to Arjan this week and so glad to have come across MyCore. I've done two trial classes - Reformer with Anestis and Tower with Ellis. Both classes were challenging in all the right ways with instructors who clearly know and understand their craft. I can't wait to try more classes when I'm back from vacation.
