At MyCore Studio , besides running  back to back pilates, yoga, and barre classes we also offer workshops and special events on a monthly basis . Our workshops are usually designed for those who aspire to practice and learn more about their bodies and enhance their practice. Sometimes it will be a specific theme event and other times it will be a teachers’ training.
