The class introduces complex and advanced exercises that build upon the foundational Pilates movements. This challenge ensures that experienced participants can continuously progress and refine their skills.
Therapeutic Tower (Back Pain)

The Pilates Tower plays a crucial role in helping people with back pain by providing targeted exercises and therapeutic benefits that promote relief, flexibility, and strength.
Throughout the class the instructor will focus on: spinal mobilization, traction and decompression on the intervertebral discs, core strength, postural correction, Muscle Relaxation, and Stress Reduction.
This class comes in a small group of a maximum of 4 people to make sure every practitioner is given the attention needed and the modifications that are crucial on their strength and rehab journey.
