Better than Coffee! ( Vinyasa Yoga)

What better way to start your day with a flow that will help you wake your body and prepare you fully for the day ahead. Others call it, Vinyasa Yoga! Our instructors will take you dynamically from one posture immediately into another, following the breath. Each movement into or out of a posture is timed with an inhalation or an exhalation in a choreographed sequence it will almost feel like you are dancing.

It is the time you will practice being gentle with yourself, start slowly, keep it simple, and just how your body wants to move without any pressure or expectations.

 

Take a Pause! (Yin Yoga)

If you are stressed in life then this class is for you regardless of your fitness level! Many of us live very fast-paced lives and this class will help us slow down. This class goes by Yin Yoga in other places! While the physical benefits from stretching the connective tissues are plenty, the effects of Yin Yoga on your mental state is what makes us think that you need to practice it to compliment all your physical exercises and daily life activities. You will leave this class feeling deeply stretched and extremely relaxed!

Feels like Dancing ! ( Vinyasa Yoga)

For Everyone at every Fitness Level!

Everyone can join us in dancing in this class! This class uses the Vinyasa flow to synchronize your breath with a continuous flow of postures. In Sanskrit vinyasa means “to place in a special way,” and that has inspired us to compare the class to a graceful dance that is a well-planned vinyasa sequence. 

 

This class will keep you moving! You’ll flow continuously through strong sequences of traditional Sun Salutations and standing postures, linking breath with movement and building strength and endurance as you push the edge of your balance and flexibility. Expect a fully balanced class of forwarding bending, twists, and backbends with opportunities for inversions.

You glide, you float, and travel into a blissful final Savasana (the final resting pose).

Somatic Yoga ( All Levels)

For Everyone at every Fitness Level!

Somatic yoga therapy (SYT) is a slow-paced flow where we mainly work on the release of the joints such as the neck, shoulders, hips, and knees.  Over the years, our negative emotions and traumas are manifested in different body parts causing pains and aches. In SYT classes we move mindfully & focus on the nervous system as well as the physical one. Throughout the practice, we always keep in mind and encourage the understanding that each body is unique, hence the capability.

Through small and slow movements, we aim to create a kind connection with ourselves by releasing the deeply held tensions. We explore our body through the gentle motion to have a deeper understanding of our both physical and emotional limits and eventually can have a greater acceptance and compassion for ourselves.

Restorative Yoga

Relax and Rejuvenate in this 2 hours workshop. Throughout the class, we will take you through a balanced sequence of restorative poses for relief of stress, anxiety, and tension. This class is for every fitness level and will help you leave all your worries on the mat!

Sound Healing ( All Levels)

For Everyone at every Fitness Level!

The sound of Tibetan singing bowls and the gong harmonizes and allows deep relaxation of both sides of the brain. It stimulates stress relief on all levels and the elimination of toxins from the body.

Besides their traditional use for meditation, Tibetan singing bowls are used for deep relaxation and muscle regeneration, to relieve pain in the joints, muscles, and shoulders, to ease pain related to sciatica, the digestive system, headaches, and migraine or spine injuries, to improve circulation, release tensions or blockages, to open the energy flow, eliminate the toxins from the body. When we relax with the sounds of Tibetan bowls or the gong, our concentration improves and our emotional tensions and blockages are eased.

Yogalates ( All Levels)

Busy? Want faster results and don’t have the time to do both Yoga and Pilates? This class amplifies the effect of both Pilates and Yoga combined! For a stronger core, more toned than ever body, and a good deep stretch, this is your class! You will leave this class much more energized – we promise!

Cultivating Awareness ( Beginners only)

This class is designed to bring more mindfulness to your yoga practice, in this class our expert teachers will start the yoga journey with you, working with you to achieve the right practice for you through introducing the right options and adjustments. Bring more growth and fewer injuries to your practice. So whether it’s your first class or you’ve been practicing for a few times now. This is the right class to achieve physical and mental goals.

Yoga for Kids (Age 5-9 years)

Mindfulness and Yoga for Kids have long been proven to reduce stress and anxiety, better sleep and digestion, and reduce tantrums and power struggles.

In this six-week course, your child will be introduced to a variety of yoga poses and sequences and age-appropriate breathing and mindfulness techniques in fun and engaging ways.  
 
We play, we sing, we breathe and we always have a theme to guide the class. One day we may take a trip to the moon, the next session we are learning how to be brave from the bird that learned to fly, and the next we go on a journey on our planet earth and learn how we can help her heal after she has been hurt.  

After the sessions, you can expect your child to bring home tools and experiences that will help them better understand and manage their emotions, techniques to help them calm in difficult situations and a lot of smiles.
